Momice can be connected to various CRM systems. For this, we use Spotler Connect as the central integration platform.
Spotler Connect is the central system within Spotler for sending and processing data to and from CRM systems. It ensures that data is exchanged securely and correctly between different systems. Spotler Connect is therefore always an essential component when linking and synchronizing CRM data.
Currently, Momice can be connected to:

Salesforce
Microsoft Dynamics
To establish a connection between Momice and your CRM system, an integration must be set up with Spotler Connect.
Please note: First, you create the connection between Spotler Connect and your CRM system. After that, you link Spotler Connect to Momice.
Each Momice account can only be linked to one Connect environment, regardless of which CRM system you want to connect. Once the connection is successfully established, the Momice account cannot be moved to another environment.
