Registration status

In the Registration Module you find an overview of all your contacts and their registration status. You can use these statuses to filter your registration overview:

  • Invitees: contacts that have received an invitation.
  • Registered / signed in: contacts that registered for the event.
  • Cancelled: contacts that unsubscribed for the event.
  • No response: contacts that have not yet responded to your email.
  • Total: a complete overview including all contacts, except for the contacts that have cancelled.
  • Present: contacts that are registered and checked in to the event. This filter is automatically activated on the day of the event. Read more about the E-ticket and QR-code.
  • Absent: contacts that are registered, but not yet checked in to the event. This filter is automatically activated on the day of the event. Read more about the E-ticket and QR code.

You will also find statistics in the registration overview. Here you find more details about your number of registrations per:

  • Workshop

It is possible to manually adjust the registration status. Read more about this subject
