With a Spotler ID, you can access all connected Spotler products, including Momice, with a single login. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to activate your Spotler ID and securely gain access.
Haven’t received an activation email? First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find the email, contact [email protected].
Please note: The activation link in the email can only be used once. Once you’ve chosen a login method, it is set. Make sure to select the method you plan to continue using in the future.
Step 1: Receive Your Activation Email
You will receive an email with the subject: “Activate Your Spotler ID.”
Click on “Activate My Spotler ID.”
You will be redirected to the activation page.
Step 2: Choose your login method
Choose your preferred login method. You can choose from the following options:
Log in with email address.
Sign in with Microsoft.
Sign in with SURF.
Your Spotler ID is linked to the email address where you received the activation email.
Tip: Choose the method you use most often for quick access.
Step 3: Set up your security
To further secure your account, we ask you to set up an authenticator app. This extra layer of protection ensures that only you have access to your Spotler ID.
Choose a secure and strong password.
Install an authenticator app on your phone (e.g., Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
Enter the verification code shown in the authenticator app.
Step 4: Activation completed
You will see a confirmation that your Spotler ID has been successfully activated.
Click “Continue” to automatically log in to Momice.
If you use multiple Spotler products, you can now easily switch between them without having to log in again.
Step 5: Switch between Spotler products
Click the ‘M’ icon in the top left corner.
Select ‘Products’.
You will see an overview of all Spotler products linked to your Spotler ID.
Click on a product to log in directly.

What if I use multiple email addresses?
A separate Spotler ID is created for each email address. Each email has its own unique Spotler ID.
I see an error when setting up the authenticator.
Check that your timezone is correctly set on your phone. Restart the app and try again.
