Please note: Only upload images in JPEG or PNG format, and make sure the file size does not exceed 3 MB.

GIF image in an email and on the event website

You can add a GIF image to both an email and the event website.

The maximum file size for a GIF is 3 MB. When using a GIF in an email, we recommend keeping the file size under 250 KB. A large file can affect the email's loading time and increase the chance of the email being marked as spam.

Tip: Optimize or compress your GIF before adding it to an email.
