Number of scan points = Total time operations: available entry time

Example 1:
83 minutes: 30 minutes walk-in time
83 : 30 = 2.7 = 3 scan points

Example 2:
208 minutes: 30 minutes walk-in time
208 : 30 = 6.9 = 7 scan points

TIP: for events with more than 150 visitors or events where visitors can also register on location, you can set up an extra service desk.

Visitors who cannot find their e-ticket, have a wrong ticket or are not registered can go to this service desk. This ensures a good flow of visitors at the entrance.
