Editing events

Events that are in progress can be found in your Dashboard.

You can edit your event at any time, both before and after activation. If you make a change, the most recent information is automatically displayed on the website. This means your visitors will always see the latest version.

Edit your event from the dashboard

In your dashboard, open the event you want to edit by clicking its title. You can then make changes in the different modules, such as:

  • Settings

  • Website

  • Tickets

  • Email

  • Registration

  • Interaction (extra add-on)

  • Analytics

When can you edit an event?

You can make changes:

  • before activation

  • after activation

You do not need to do anything extra. Updates are automatically applied to the event page.

Registration and survey questions

Do not delete registration or survey questions after you have emailed your invitees.

Please note: if you delete a question, any data collected earlier will be lost. You will not be able to recover this data afterward.

Also keep existing answer options to prevent data loss. You can still adjust the wording of a question or answer option, as long as you do not delete existing questions or answer options.

Tip: always review registration and survey questions carefully before sending invitations. This helps prevent data loss.
