Momice handles the personal data of customers and participants with care. We process and protect data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We enter into a data processing agreement with all of our customers. In addition, we take various measures to ensure personal data is processed and stored securely.
What can you expect from Momice?
You can expect Momice to process personal data safely, carefully, and in compliance with the GDPR. This includes, among other things, that we:
delete personal data from Momice servers no later than 30 days after the event
process data within the European Union
enter into a data processing agreement with all of our customers
give participants the option to easily unsubscribe from events and mailings
set up guest lists in accordance with GDPR guidelines
allow PEN tests to be carried out by customers and independent parties
only work with vendors that meet the highest security standards
