Adjusting the registration form after sending invitations is not recommended. You can lose important data if you do. In case you need to make adjustments, adding questions is your best option. Make sure you add the additional questions at the bottom of the form. In this case, only people that register after the adjustments have been made will see the additional questions, while the details of people that registered previously will remain intact.
