View and export survey statistics

View survey statistics in Momice, export results to Excel or PDF, and choose between a personal or anonymous survey button in your email.

The Survey Statistics can be found in Statistics Module > Survey.

In the Statistics Module, you can immediately view the results of your survey. Momice shows:

  • the total number of responses

  • the number of responses by device: desktop, tablet, and smartphone

  • how many respondents completed the survey

  • the average completion time

View responses

In the overview, you can see the responses for each question. These are displayed as text or in a bar chart.

Please note: The total number of responses may differ from the number of responses shown in the overview. This can happen when:

  • questions were not required

  • invitees skipped one or more questions

Export survey results

Want to analyze the results in more detail? You can export the survey data.

  • Choose an Excel export if you want to perform a detailed analysis.

  • Choose a PDF export if you need the statistics for an evaluation or report.

You can find these export options at the top of Statistics Module > Survey > Export.

Reset the statistics

Did you test the survey yourself before sending it to participants? Don't forget to remove your test results by clicking "Reset statistics" at the top of the page in Statistics Module > Survey.

Reset statistics deletes all collected survey results, allowing you to start with a clean set of data once participants begin completing the survey.

Please note: It is not possible to remove individual test results afterward. Therefore, make sure to use "Reset statistics" before sending the survey.

Add a survey button to your email

You can add a survey to your email in two ways:

  • Personal

  • Anonymous

If you want to see which invitee completed which survey, use the "Personal survey link".

Set up a personal survey link

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Mail Module.

  2. Open your draft using the pencil icon.

  3. Scroll down and click "Add widget".

  4. Select "Button".

  5. Under the button settings, select "Link to event element".

  6. Then choose: Survey link (personal).

When you export the survey results, the last columns of the export will also include the respondents personal information.

Set up an anonymous survey link

If you do not want to see respondents personal information, choose: Survey link (anonymous).

Please note: The export includes all survey results, including responses from surveys that were not fully completed.
