Website Statistics give you insight into how your event website is being used. You can find these statistics under Statistics Module > Website.
Which Website Statistics are available?
You can view the following data:
Website visits: a timeline showing the total number of visits, broken down by mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Device usage: the distribution of desktop, tablet, and mobile usage over the entire event period.
Visitors per page: the total number of page views and unique page views.
Downloads: the number of times an attachment has been downloaded.
Visitors per page
Page views show you how often the different pages on your event website have been viewed.
Two figures are shown for each page:
Page views: the total number of times the page has been viewed. If the same page is opened multiple times, each view is counted.
Unique page views: the number of visits in which the page was viewed at least once. Multiple views of the same page during the same visit count as one unique page view.
This gives you insight into both the total number of views and the number of individual visits to a page.
Please note: Page views are not shown for the Homepage. These statistics are only available for the other event pages.
Reset Website Statistics
Please note: Reset the statistics before sharing the event website with participants.
This prevents visits and downloads from the testing period from being included in your final statistics.
To reset the statistics:
Open Statistics Module > Website.
Click "Reset statistics" at the top of the page.
Share the website with your participants.
Tip: Only reset the statistics after you have finished testing the website. This ensures you start with clean data once participants begin using the website.
