View entry ticket statistics

In the Statistics Module you will find the ticket statistics where your paid and unpaid admission tickets are displayed

In the Statistics Module (Entry tickets), you can find an overview of your ticket sales. Here, you can view the statistics for both paid and free entry tickets.

In this overview, you can see, among other things:

  • how many tickets have been issued

  • how many add-ons have been sold

  • what the total revenue is

  • how sales develop per day

Overview of number of tickets by date

At the top of the page, you will see the "Overview of number of tickets by date" section.

Here, you can filter by:

  • a specific admission ticket

  • all to show all admission tickets at once

Below that, you will see a chart showing the cumulative number of tickets issued per day.

Overview of issued tickets and revenue

Below the chart, you will find an overview of all tickets. For each ticket, you can see:

  • the number of tickets issued

  • the ticket name

  • the corresponding revenue, if it is a paid ticket

Please note: the revenue shown is gross revenue. Transaction fees and service fees have not yet been deducted.

Overview of sold add-ons

In this section, you can see how many add-ons have been sold. For each add-on, you can see:

  • the number of add-ons sold

  • the unit price

  • the revenue

If an add-on is paid, its revenue will also be shown.

Please note: this amount is the total amount before transaction fees and service fees are deducted.

Total revenue from tickets and add-ons

This section shows the total revenue from all sold tickets and add-ons combined.

Please note: this is also the full amount before transaction fees and service fees are deducted.

Viewing payments and fees

Would you like to see which amounts are actually paid out and which fees have been deducted?

  1. Go to the Ticket Module.

  2. Open "Payout".

Tip: use the statistics for insight into your sales, and "Payout" for the final financial overview.
