When a visitor unsubscribes for the event (using the cancellation link) after purchasing a ticket, this ticket will automatically be deactivated. There will be no automatic refunds to the visitor. In case you want to refund the ticket price, you have to do this manually.
Please note: the transaction costs and service fee that apply to this ticket will still be deducted from your total turnover.
