When selling paid entry tickets through Momice, you pay an annual fee for the Paid Tickets add-on and additional fees per payment.
There are three types of costs:
Paid Tickets add-on: €500 per license year, excluding VAT.
Momice service fee: A standard fee of 3% per payment.
Mollie transaction fees: Fees for processing payments, which vary depending on the payment method.

Annual cost of the Paid Tickets add-on
The Paid Tickets add-on costs €500 per license year, excluding VAT.
Once activated, you can sell paid entry tickets for events within your Momice account.

Momice service fee
Momice charges a standard service fee of 3% per payment. You can choose whether your organization pays this fee or passes it on to the participant.
Who pays the Momice service fee?
You can choose between two options:
Your organization pays: The service fee is deducted from your revenue. The participant only pays the ticket price you have set.
The participant pays: The service fee is added on top of the ticket price.
Where can you configure this?
Go to Ticket Module → Settings.
Choose who pays the Momice service fee.
Save your settings.
Please note: This setting applies to all entry tickets within the event. You cannot configure it separately for individual tickets.
Please note: You cannot change whether your organization pays the Momice service fee or passes it on to participants after the first payment. This also applies to test payments. Make sure you have selected the correct option before making the first payment, including a test payment.
How is the service fee processed?
For payments processed through Mollie, the Momice service fee is automatically deducted. The remaining revenue is credited to your Mollie account.
You do not need to pay the service fee to Momice separately.
Mollie transaction fees
In addition to the Momice service fee, your organization pays transaction fees to Mollie for processing payments.
The amount of these fees depends on:
The payment method used by the participant.
The rates that apply to your Mollie account.
Check your Mollie dashboard for the current transaction fees.
Please note: Your organization is always responsible for the Mollie transaction fees, even if you pass the Momice service fee on to participants.
What fees apply when issuing a refund?
When you refund the purchase amount to a participant, your organization remains responsible for the fees charged for the original payment.
This includes:
The Momice service fee.
The Mollie transaction fees.
Please note: These fees are not refunded, even when you refund the full purchase amount to the participant.
