Prevent your emails from ending up in the spam folder or junk folder

Updated over a week ago

Sometimes mails from Momice end up in the 'spam folder'. There are some things you can do to avoid this.

  1. Mark the sender [email protected] as "safe" in your own mail program, like Outlook or Gmail.

  2. Ask your IT department to whitelist Momice. This way, all emails from a specific mail address with IP address are approved. The chance that your emails will end up in the spam folder after whitelisting is very small. Send the following information to your IT department: 213.32.132.37 (mail.momice.com) and whitelist sender [email protected].

  3. Avoid words like 'win' and 'prizes' and punctuation marks (!$€&*% etc.) in the subject line of your email.

When emails end up in the spam folder of external relations, there is not much you can do. All companies have different settings that determine when a mail is marked as spam or as safe. Also be careful to send in the subject on behalf of board members. There are filters, mainly to internal email addresses, which can be stopped.
