In Momice email statistics, you can see how many emails were delivered, opened, and clicked.
Where can you find the email statistics?
Go to the Mail Module.
Click "Sent items".
Find the mailing you want to review.
Click the statistics icon.
You can now view the results of the sent mailing.
Which email statistics can you view?
The overview includes:
the number of emails sent
the number and percentage of delivered emails
the open rate
the number of link clicks
Click the column headers to choose which statistics you want to display.
What does ‘delivered’ mean?
An email has the status delivered when the recipient’s mail server has accepted the message.
Under delivered, you can see:
the exact number of delivered emails
the percentage of delivered emails
Please note: Delivered does not automatically mean the email reached the recipient’s inbox. For example, it may have been placed in the spam folder.
What does a bounce mean?
An email that cannot be delivered is registered as a bounce.
In Momice email statistics, hard bounce and blocked notifications are combined. Read here more about bounces.
What do the open rate and clicks mean?
The open rate shows the percentage of recipients who opened the email.
Under clicks, you can see how many recipients clicked one or more links in the email. This gives you insight into engagement with your mailing.
Why is the open rate not always accurate?
Open rates do not always provide a completely accurate picture.
Apple Mail users can enable a privacy feature that limits open tracking. As a result, Momice cannot always determine whether a recipient actually opened the email.
Please note: Use the open rate as an indication only. Also look at the number of clicks when evaluating the performance of your mailing.
