How to set up workshops or breakout sessions

1. Add a workshop question to the registration form

In the registration form, add a workshop question with the different workshops or breakout sessions participants can choose from.

2. Create a program item for the workshop time slot

Go to your Program page and create a program item for the time slot when the workshops or breakout sessions will take place.

Make sure to indicate that this item takes place online.

3. Link the program item to the workshop question

Link the online program item to the workshop question you previously created in the registration form.

This allows Momice to know which participants belong in which session.

4. Add the correct livestream for each session

Once you have linked the program item, an extra tab will automatically appear at the bottom where you can add livestreams.

Use the dropdown menu to set the correct livestream for each workshop or breakout session.

What happens next?

Together with the workshop question in the registration form, Momice automatically assigns participants to the correct online sessions.

This ensures that each participant is directed to the livestream that matches the workshop or breakout session they selected.

Personal program page for participants

On the day of the event, each participant sees a personalized Program page. Which workshops or breakout sessions are visible depends on the choices made during registration. Participants only see the sessions they signed up for.

By clicking the "Join" button on the Program page, the correct livestream or application opens right away, such as MS Teams or Zoom.

Please note: Participants do not see workshops or breakout sessions they did not sign up for.
