You can activate/deactivate the e-ticket in the Mail Module.

You can activate and deactivate the e-tickets from your Mail Module: go to ‘Registration confirmation’ and tick the appropriate box. In case you activate the e-ticket, clearly instruct your invitees to bring the e-ticket to the event (on smartphone or hardcopy) - and remind them one day before the event.

You can design your e-ticket in the Ticket Module. Read more about the options here.

Please note: e-tickets are activated by default. If you decide not to use them, you have to manually deactivate them.
