Exporting lists

Exporteer je lijsten naar een Excel bestand in de Registratie Module

Updated yesterday

The registration overview in the Registration Module can be exported to an Excel file at any time. You can make an export of all your data, or a specific overview. Choose ‘Export list’ and select the registration data you want to export. The export is an .xlsx file with a separate tab for each status. The file contains detailed information per contact. For example, you can see how someone was registered and when the attendee checked in to the event.

Do you see yellow fields in the Excel file? That means registration data has changed. The invitee may have changed their own registration information, or this could mean that a user manually changed data in the tool. Also, when re-importing a list, through data enrichment, the fields will be highlighted yellow. Read more about data enrichment here.

PLEASE NOTE: You can only export up to 5000 invitees.

When exporting a list, Momice displays additional columns alongside the registration questions. Below is an overview of what each column means:

  • Gender (0 / 1): Indicates the gender of the invitee. ‘0’ stands for Ms. and ‘1’ for Mr.
Note: This column is only shown if you have selected ‘Informal’ in the language settings (Settings > Module).

  • Language: Shows the language the invitee used to register.
Note: This column only appears if a second language has been set.

  • Ticket: The name of the admission ticket the invitee registered for.

  • List: The name of the list the invitee has been added to.

  • Status: Indicates whether the invitee is ‘Registered’ or ‘Unregistered’.

  • Registration status: Indicates status by color: green means registered, blue means unregistered.

  • Registered: Shows ‘Yes’ if the person is registered, or ‘No’ if not.

  • Registration date: The date the person completed their registration.

  • Registration source: Indicates whether the registration was done via the ‘Event’ or manually added through the ‘Tool’ by a Momice user.

  • Last updated at: The date and time when the last change to the registration was made.

  • Registration ID: Every invitee is automatically assigned a unique code.

  • Remarks: The invitee can enter a reason for cancellation here.

  • Unsubscribe date: The date on which the invitee unsubscribed.

  • Your reference: A system field that must be unique and is intended to link the registration to an external (CRM) system.

Note: This column is only shown if personal registration is enabled.
