Exporting lists

Learn how to export registration lists to Excel and what the data in the export means.

In the Registration Module, you can export the registration overview to an Excel file. You can export all registration data or only the data from a specific overview.

The export is downloaded as an .xlsx file, with a separate tab for each registration status.

Exporting a registration list

  1. Open the registration overview in the Registration Module.

  2. Select "Export entire list".

  3. Filter the registration data you want to export.

  4. Create the export.

The Excel file contains detailed information about your invitees. For example, you can see how someone was registered and when an attendee checked in to the event.

Please note: You can export a maximum of 5,000 invitees per export.

Please note: If your event has been archived, you can no longer export invitees' personal data. In accordance with the GDPR, this personal data is deleted when an event is archived.

What do yellow fields in the Excel file mean?

If you see fields highlighted in yellow in the export, this means the registration data has changed.

This can happen when:

  • the invitee changes their own registration information

  • a Momice user manually changes data

  • you re-import a list using data enrichment
