In the folder "Archive" in the Dashboard you will find all events with the status "offline". The event automatically moves to this folder four weeks after the event date. The website will then be given the status "offline" and can no longer be activated, but can be duplicated.
The registration data of your event will be removed. Registration data can no longer be found on our server. Entirely GDPR proof.
All content and statistics from the event website and tickets are stored in a ZIP file, which you can always download. The ZIP consists of 3 folders: Survey statistics export, resources (images) and a content file in HTML.
Before your event goes offline, you will receive 3 reminders from us: three days after the event, three weeks after the event and the day before we archive your event.
