When you create an event, it is automatically in ‘Edit’ mode. This status remains until you activate the event by clicking the 'Activate Event' button. Once the event is activated the status will change to ‘Live’. The event remains ‘Live’ (online) for a maximum of one month after the closing date of the event. After that, it will be archived automatically, and the status ‘Offline’ will be assigned. All offline events can be found in the ‘Archive’. Read more about the Archive .
