Your event is automatically archived 30 days after the event date.
After that, you can find the event in the “Archive” folder in the Dashboard. This folder contains all events with the status offline.
What happens when your event is archived?
Once your event is archived:
the website status changes to offline
you can no longer reactivate the website
you can still duplicate the event
What happens to registration data?
The registration data for your event is deleted.
This means the data will no longer be available on our servers. This is done in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.
Please note: Deleted registration data cannot be recovered after archiving.
What information is still available?
All content and statistics from the event website and tickets are preserved in a ZIP file that you can download at any time.
This ZIP file contains 3 folders:
Export of the survey statistics
Resources (images)
HTML content file
Tip: Download the ZIP file if you want to store content or statistics locally.
Will I receive a reminder before my event is archived?
Yes, before your event is archived, you will receive 3 reminders:
3 days after the event
3 weeks after the event
1 day before we archive your event
This gives you enough time to save any important information.
