Send your email to your invitees at a later time

It is possible to prepare an email and schedule it for a future moment. Select ‘Go to send’ and choose ‘Different date’. Pick a date and time in the future and click ‘Yes, send’. Your email is now moved from ‘Drafts’ to your ‘Sent items’ folder.

Please note: In case you want to change the scheduled email, you have to cancel it from your ‘Sent items’ folder.

The email will be placed back in your ‘Drafts’ folder. Make the adjustments and schedule again. You can cancel a scheduled email at any moment.

Please note: if you have an email scheduled to tab to 'no response' for example the next day at 12:00 noon. All invitees will remain selected.

This means that invitees who have signed up in the meantime will be included in the scheduled mailing.
