It is possible that an external registration partner (like Easy2Rent) did the on-site registration for you, but you still want to send a thank-you email to your attendees.
Use the Excel file that the external party gave you and save only the necessary details such as names, email addresses and status (present/absent). Import the list to the registration overview. Import lists
Please note: When importing the list, the tool asks you whether you want to remove double contacts. Don't remove the double contacts. Make sure you save the list under a new name.
