Slinger is a carpool widget specifically designed for business events. It connects your attendees with each other and the event, reduces CO₂ emissions, and turns carpooling into a fun and sustainable part of the event experience.
Please note: The widget must be requested and configured directly through Slinger.
You can easily add the widget to your event website, enabling attendees to sign up to offer a ride or join one.
Adding the Slinger Widget to Your Homepage
Follow these steps to seamlessly integrate the Slinger widget with your event website:
Create a widget
Click here to access the Slinger widget composer
Start creating a widget
Enter your email address and click Save
Complete the widget
Check the widget settings
Review the event settings
Add extra event days if needed
Integrate the widget
Go to Subscription and choose your subscription type
Copy the widget code and paste it into Momice to activate the widget
Add the widget to your event website via Momice
Log in to your Momice account
Navigate to Website → Homepage → Add Widget → Custom HTML / CSS → HTML
Copy the HTML code found in the integration section of Slinger
Paste the code into the HTML field in Momice.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Check the integration
View your event's Homepage in a desktop browser to ensure the Slinger widget displays correctly. The widget is now active on your event website. Having trouble? Contact our support team or Slinger directly for assistance.
