How do you use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Momice?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is integrated into Momice, allowing you to organize your events even faster

With AI in Momice, you can quickly generate a first draft of your event texts. Mo the Mascot is here to help you get started.

You can use AI for texts on your Homepage and in the Mail Module. The generated text is a starting point that you can further edit yourself afterwards.

Where can you use AI in Momice?

AI is available in:

  • the Text widget on the Homepage

  • the Text widget in the Mail Module

Please note: in the Mail Module, AI only works in the Text widget. The Text block widget does not support AI.

What information does AI use?

AI uses information from your event to write a suitable text, such as:

  • the title of the event

  • the event type: in-person or online

  • the language of the event

  • the preferred tone of voice: formal or informal

  • details from Settings, such as dates and start time

  • information from the Location page

  • information from the Speakers page

  • program items

Tip: the more completely your event is filled in within Momice, the better the generated text will usually be.

Please note:

  • This feature is currently in beta. As a result, it may sometimes take a little longer for the text to appear.

  • The generated text is not always perfect right away. Always review the content carefully and add or edit where needed.

Using AI on the Homepage

Follow these steps to use AI on the Homepage:

  1. Go to the Website Module (Pages).

  2. Click Homepage.

  3. Click "Add widget".

  4. Choose "Text".

  5. In the Text widget, click "Generate text".

Momice will now automatically write an introductory text in the text field.

Generate another version

Would you like a different version of the text?

  1. First copy the current text.

  2. Then click "Generate text" again.

After that, adjust the text so it matches your event and writing style.

Using AI in the Mail Module

Follow these steps to use AI in an email:

  1. Go to the Mail Module.

  2. Open your draft using the pencil icon.

  3. Click "Add widget".

  4. Choose "Text".

Please note: only the Text widget works with AI. You cannot use AI in the Text block widget.

Choose the email type

In the Text widget, first choose which type of email you want to create. You can choose from:

  • invitation

  • reminder

  • update

  • thank you

Choose which information AI may use

After selecting the email type, you can choose which pages AI should include:

  • Speakers

  • Program

  • Venue

Based on this information, AI will automatically write a suitable text.

Generate the text

  1. Click "Generate text".

  2. The text will appear in the text field.

Depending on your selection, Momice can create for example:

  • an invitation

  • a reminder

  • an update

  • a thank-you email

Generate another version

Would you like a different version of the text?

  1. First copy the current text.

  2. Then click "Generate text" again.

Always review the text carefully and adjust it where needed, so the content fully matches your event and target audience.
