Artificial Intelligence (AI) is integrated into Momice, allowing you to organize your events even faster. Mo the Mascot will help you get started with your writing.

Where can AI be used in Momice?

You can use AI in the text widget on the Homepage and in the Mail Module.

PLEASE NOTE: In the Mail Module, this only applies to the text widget, not the text box widget.

Information from which AI text is generated in the tool:

  • Title of the event

  • Location page

  • Type of event: physical or online

  • Various data in Settings

  • Speaker(s) page

  • Start time

  • Program components

  • Formal or informal language usage

  • The language in which the event is set

The more information you have added in Momice, the better the texts will be written.

NOTE: This feature is in beta. Due to its novelty, it may sometimes take a little longer. Of course, the texts are not perfect, so feel free to make adjustments where needed. Homepage

  1. Go to the Website Module (Pages) and click on 'Homepage'.

  2. Here, click on add widget and choose 'Text'.

  3. In the text widget, click on the 'Generate text' button. An introduction text will now be written in the text box.

  4. Are you curious about another variant? Then first copy the text and then click 'Generate' again.

  5. Adjust the text to your own personal taste or add important information.

Mail Module

  1. Go to the Mail Module. Open your draft with the pencil icon.

  2. Click on add widget and choose 'Text'. NOTE: Only the 'Text' widget can be used with AI. You cannot use AI with the 'Text area' widget.

  3. In the text widget, you can select a type. You can choose from and invitation, reminder, update and a thank you email.

    After you select a type, you can choose from the Speakers, Program and Location pages. Based on all the information in Momice, AI writes your text.

  4. After selecting the pages, click the Generate Text button.

  5. An invitation, reminder, update or thank you email is now written in the text box.

  6. Are you curious about a different variation? Then copy the text first and then click 'Generate' again.

  7. Adjust the text to your own personal taste or add important information.
