User management in Momice
User management works as follows
Log in to Momice.
Click ‘Settings’ in your Dashboard.
Here, you see the start and end date of your licence, the number of credits and the number of users.
Click the ‘Users’ on the left
View all current users, their behaviour in the tool (active, inactive, invited).
Click the button ‘Add user’ to add a new person to the account.
Click on a specific user to view or change the events related to this user, change the owner of a specific event, or deactivate the user.
Changing the event owner
It is possible to assign the role of event owner of a published event to another user. This comes in handy when the event owner is inactive for a longer period of time (e.g. pregnancy leave). This is how it works:
Click the pencil icon behind the current event owner.
Click the ‘Events’ tab.
Click the icon with the arrows.
Choose a new event owner and click ‘Edit’.
You can only change the owner of events that are ‘Live’ (after publishing the event in Step 5. You need a Momice licence and event credits to do so). If your event is currently in edit mode or in the archive, you cannot change the event owner. In this case, please send an email to [email protected].
