It is possible to view and change the detailed information of each contact by clicking the pencil icon behind the contact. A contact card, containing three columns: ‘Registration status’, ‘Registration details’ and ‘Emails received’ opens.
Registration status
When a contact registers (or cancels), the status will be changed automatically, but it can also be changed manually from this contact card. Caution: When a person unsubscribes from the event, it is no longer possible to email this contact about the event.
Before a contact has registered, the details you imported will be displayed on the screen (name, email, company, job title). When an invitee registers, the registration details (inserted by the invitee) overwrite the original details.You can still manually adjust or complete them. The selected ticket is also displayed - and can be altered from here.
Please note: if paid tickets apply to your event - and you manually alter the ticket from the registration overview, the payment process is skipped. You will not receive payment for this ticket.
Registration details
If a person has not registered yet, the contact card displays the information that you imported. After registration, the registration details (inserted by the invitee) overwrite the original details. You can still manually adjust or complete them. The selected ticket is also shown here. You can change the ticket by clicking on 'Change ticket'. The registration confirmation email can be resent at any time from this overview.
Please note: If the event includes paid tickets and you change the ticket from the Registration Module, the payment process will be bypassed. This means you will not receive a payment for that ticket.
Delete Registration
Click the pencil icon next to your guest's name (in the Registration Module). Uncheck the 'Registered' option and click the 'Save' button. Reload the page — a cross icon will now appear next to the name. Click this icon to delete the registration. Please note: This action cannot be undone.
Emails received
For each guest, you can track which emails have been received. Under the 'Emails' tab, you'll see all emails sent in this event. Each email shows its delivery status, such as 'Delivered'.
Files received
For each guest, the submitted files are listed here. You can download or delete each file individually. Read more here about the file question and what to keep in mind.
