Edit an invitee’s registration details

Explanation of how to edit registration details, registration status, tickets, emails, and files for invitees in the Registration Module.

You can view and edit the registration details for each invitee in the Registration Module.

To do this, open the invitee’s details:

  1. Go to the Registration Module.

  2. Find the correct invitee.

  3. Click the pencil icon next to the name.

A contact screen will open with the following sections:

  • Registration status

  • Registration details

  • Emails

  • Files

Change the registration status

An invitee’s registration status is normally updated automatically. For example, when someone registers for or unregisters from your event.

You can also adjust this status manually in the Registration Module.

Important to know

Please note: If someone unregisters from your event, you can no longer email that person afterward.

The invitee will then appear in the “Cancelled” tab.

Does someone who unsubscribed still want to attend? In that case, you cannot register this person through the same registration. You will need to:

  1. Delete this person’s details in the Registration Module.

  2. Manually add the person again afterward.

Please note: Please keep the privacy rules for mailings in mind when doing this.

Edit registration details

Before an invitee has registered, this screen shows the details you imported yourself, such as:

  • name

  • email address

  • company

  • job title

As soon as the invitee registers for the event, the other registration questions are completed by the invitee.

You can still manually add to or edit these details afterward. In this overview, you will also see:

  • the selected entry ticket

  • the option to change the entry ticket

  • the option to place the invitee on the guest list page (the invitee must give permission for this)

  • the option to resend the registration confirmation

  • the option to download the e-ticket

  • the option to add an invoice (optional)

Resend the registration confirmation

You can resend the registration confirmation email at any time from this overview.

Change the ticket

You can change the selected entry ticket directly in this screen.

Please note: Are you using paid tickets and changing the ticket through the Registration Module? If so, the payment process will be skipped. In that case, you will not receive payment for this ticket.

Delete a registration

Do you want to delete a registration? Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Registration Module.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the invitee’s name.

  3. Uncheck “Registered”.

  4. Click “Save”.

  5. Reload the page.

  6. An cross icon will now appear behind the invitee’s name.

  7. Click the cross icon to delete the registration.

Please note: This action cannot be undone.

View received emails

For each invitee, the system keeps track of which emails have been received. To view this:

  1. Open the invitee via the pencil icon.

  2. Go to the “Emails” tab.

Here you will see:

  • all sent emails related to the event

  • the status of each email, such as “Delivered”

This allows you to quickly check whether an email was sent successfully.

View uploaded files

For each invitee, you can also see which files have been submitted. Here, you can:

  • download files

  • delete files

Tip: Make sure to check in advance which files you are requesting and which conditions apply to them.
