With the Momice survey feature, you can collect feedback from visitors during or after your event. You can add different types of questions and tailor them to what you want to measure.
Add survey questions
By default, the survey page includes five questions. You can edit or delete these questions, or add new ones.
Open your event in Momice.
Go to Website > Pages.
Open the Survey page.
Add the questions you want to ask your respondents.
Select the preferred answer type for each question.
Survey questions are only visible to visitors after you select the survey page.
Please note: You can create the survey in one language.
Which answer types are available?
Text answer
Use an open question when you want respondents to enter their own answer.
For example:
What was the most valuable part of the event?
You can view the full responses in the survey report.
Closed questions
With a single- or multiple-choice question, respondents select from predefined answer options.
Depending on your settings, respondents can select one or multiple answers.
You decide:
which answer options are available
how many options you add
whether the "Other" option is available
The results are displayed clearly in the survey report.
Ranking
Use a ranking question when you want respondents to rate something.
You can choose from:
Text
Use a five-point scale, for example from strongly disagree to strongly agree.Stars
Let respondents give a rating using stars. Four or five stars are usually sufficient.Numbers / NPS
Use a scale from 0 to 10. This option can be used to measure a Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Which question type should you choose?
Before creating your survey, decide what you want to learn from the results. Then choose the question type that best supports that goal.
Tip: Keep your survey as short as possible. Only ask questions if you plan to use the answers.
Want to show different follow-up questions based on a respondent’s answer? Use skip logic. Read here more about how this works.
