Do you want to promote your event through search engines and external channels? In the Website Module, you can control how your event website appears in search results and on social media.
You can find these settings in Website Module > Settings > Marketing.
Enable SEO and visibility
Do you want your event website to be found through search engines like Google? If so, you need to manually enable its visibility.
How to do this
Open the Website Module.
Go to Settings.
Open the Marketing tab.
Enable the option for your event website’s visibility.
Please note: this option is turned off by default. If you do not enable it, your event website will not be visible in search engines like Google.

Set up social media display
You can also decide how your event is shown on external channels, such as social media.
Here, you can set up the following:
an image
an SEO title
a short description
This information is used to present your event clearly and attractively when the link is shared.
Please note: use no more than 55 characters for the SEO title.
Please note: use no more than 155 characters for the short description.
Tip: write a short, clear title and description that immediately explain what the event is about.
Add advanced analytics
Do you want more insight into how visitors behave on your event website? If so, you can add a JavaScript code snippet, for example from Google Analytics.
